Upon the facta found in the fourth, fifth, sixth seventh, eighth , ninth, tenth and eleventh, findings of facts above I conclude that plaintiff is not estepped frem maintaine ing this action and that the subject matter of daid actien is not res aggu judicata. From facts found in the second, third, fourth, fifth sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh findings ef facts above I conolude that defendant knowingly charged and re ceived from ponoir Wood Working Company usurious interest te the amount of £207.84 and that plaintiff ies entitled to recover double the amount of said usury, towit, to recover the eum of $415.68.
