A. Hartness, clerk of the Superior court of Iredell county under a warrant of ettechment, from said J. A, Hartness, and is now in his custody. ' Both parties introduced evidence upon the claims 680 made by tham, and after hearing the proofs and allegations, I rendersd judgment this tne 10th, day of August, 1907, in favor of the plaintiffs, and against the defendant, for the sum of $250.70,the amount paid into the hands of J. A. Hartness, C. S, C, by said C, P, MoNeoly,- casher of s bank of Mooresville, and it was adjudged that said amount of $250.70, be paid into court by J. A. Hartness, C,S.C, to be applied to the pay- ment of this judgment, and two other judgments in two other attachment proceedings levied on the same day and at the same time as this attach ment proceedings, wherein S, A. Lowrance, J, P, Mills, and G, C, Goodman, assignee of Walten Whann and Co,, and W. W. Ward and Co., are plaintiffs, and R, L. Goodman, is the defendant, It appearing from tre records in this court, that the decision in this case was to be accep- ted as « decision and the judgment in all three cases, and it was fur- ther adjudged, that the amount cof money due from bank of Mooresville, as attached by notice of garnishment and in the hands of J.
