G. Goforth on running shares for the benefit of W. A.Evans was transferred and assigned by the Executor to Mrs. W. A. Evans, individually, she being entitled to a life right therein, with the provision that at her death, it should be equally divided among the four children. The one share of stock in the Iredell Development Co. was likewise transferred to Mrs. W. A. Evans for life, with the provision that at her death, it was to be divided among the four children. The money in the Home Building and Loan Association being paid in by L. G. Goforth is further subject to the provision that any indebtedness against the Charlotte Road property is to be paid out of this money, as shown by the provisions of the will of W. A. Evans.
