Goodman, Commissioners appointed by the Court to divide a part of the land described in the petition, and allot to Chas. Pinclmey Ervin SO acres as directed under the ill of J. 7 Ervin, deceased, filed their Report in the cause in this Court on the 28th dey of Januery, 1922, specifying therein the menner of executing their trust and describing the ¢0 aéres of land allotted to Chas. Pinclmey Srvin, and no objection being filed by the parties within 20 days, as allowed by law for the filing of said Report; And it further appearing to the Court that Vv. Ae Bristol, Commissioner, appointed by this Court to sell the renainder of said land belonging to J. T. Srvin, deceased, after allotting 30 acres to Chas. Pinckney Ervin, es afore- said, sold theremainder of said lend at the Court House Door in the City of Statesville on Monday, the 27th day of February, 1922, at 12 o'clock ., and fiaed his Report of said sale on Monday, the 27th day of February, 1922, spe- cifying in said Report the manner of executing his trust, and showing to the Court thet a part of seid land, consist- ing of 51 acres, being © part of the 81 acres described in the petition at the price of “1500.00, end thet the remain~ der of seid land, consisting of one trect of 20 acres, and another tract of 15 acres, as described in sei¢ petition was purchased by Thos. ©. You will recall that I was in your office on the tenth or eleventh day of February of this year and filed my final report in this matter.
