Burrus, guardian ad litem for Levetra Carter, minor, and Annie Beulah Cline, non compos mentis, answering the petition herein, says and alleges: 1. That paragraph one of the petition is admitted, 8 That he is informed and believes that paragraph 3 is true, and therefore admits the same, 5. Before the Clerk, Harriet Ervin, widow, et al., vs, : ORDER OF SALE Levetra Carter and Annie Beulah Cline : Thies cause coming on to ve heard upon the verified peti- tion of the plaintiffs and the answers of the respondents and of the guardian ad litem, and the Court finding that summons has been duly served on all the defendants, and that the parties in intefest are properly joined; and the Court further finding that it is for the best interests of all of the said parties that the land described in the petition in this cause be sold for parti- tion; It 1s therefore ordered that all of said land be sold for partition, including the dower richte of Harriet Ervin, and that said widow be paid the cash value of her said dower at age 86, and to that end Joe P. Hardin is hereby appointed Commissioner to make sale of same in the manner prescribed by law upon the terms of one-half cash on the day of sale, with the remainder due and payable twelve monthe therefter.
