The Clerk may examine on oath such sccounting party, or any other per- son concerning the receipts, disbursements or any other matter relating to the estate; and having carefully revised and audited such account, if he approved the same, he must endorse his approval thereon, which shall be deemed PRIMA FAOIE evidence of correctness. Fidson by the Clerk of Superior Court of Iredell County, North Carolina, on July 11, 1929, appointment being recorded in book 7 page 246 of Appointments of Administrators of Said County, and that said administrator filed his final settlement on February 25, 1931, the same being recorded in book 14 page 278 of records of administration settlements of said County. 4, That the interests of the petitioners as individuals in the land herein above described as as follows: R. C. Eidson, ¥. A. Eidson, M. FE. Eidgon, L. H. Eidson, J. V. Eidson, Lula E. Lollar, Sarah Sherrill, and Alice Fidson are each entitled to an undivided one-ninth (1/9) interest in said lands or the proceeds of a sale thereof, and that the petitioners Eugene Harmon, Vallie H.
