Davis, forever and absolutely, my entire interest in and to the personal property of every kind in the estate of G. T. Weber. In the event that I die before I have received my share of the personal property, from the estate of G. T. Weber, I give and be- queath all of my chare of the personal property of every kind in the estate of G. T. Weber to my husband, W. Y. Davis, and I direct that my share in the estate of G. T. Weber be turned over and peid, by the Administrators or representatives of G. T. Weber, to my husband, W.Y. Davis, and to be his absolutely. Item 4. I give, devise, and bequeath to my husband, W. Y. Davis, in fee simple, all the rest and residue of all pex property of whatever kind and wherever situate that I have or may have at the time of my death, including both real amg estate and personal property and I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, W. Davis" death, there were two joint and survivor savings accounts in Mooresville Federal Savings and Loan Association and Citizens Savings & Loan Association, signed by Mr. and Mrs, T. H. Davis. Pursuant to N.C. G.S. 41-2.1 and prior case law these accounts vested immediately in the survivor, Mrs. T. H. Davis (Mary B.).
