A. Darr, the widow, for her life time, and is in her possession. 4. The note of Helen D. Chappell, and the note of Thelma D. Edwards, were both payable to William A. Darr and Sallie M. Darr, who were husband and wife, and therefore, the estate of William Alva Darr only owned a one-half interest therein, and Sallie M. Darr owned the other one-half interest. One-half of each note has been paid to the estate, and is accounted for herein. The other one- half of each note has been paid to the widow, Sallie M. Darr. 5. The personal property remaining after the payment of debts and cost of administration consisted of the balance remaining on the Home Savings & Loan Association Certificate, and the collection from the notes referred to herein. Since the will did not dispose of this property, William Alva Darr died intestate to the same, and under the laws of intestity, the widow, Mrs. William Alva Darr, was entitled to one-third thereof, and the six children were entitled to the remaining two-thirds divided equally among them. The settlement and distribution has been made in accordance with this statement. 6. The real estate consisted of 8 acres in Barringers Township, Iredell County, North Carolina, which was owned by an estate by the entirety; 32 acres in Barringers Township, Iredell County, North Carolina, which was owned by an estate by the entirety; and 43.1 acres in Barringer Township, Iredell County, North Carolina, which was owned by an estate by the entirety.
