A farm in Olin Township, Iredell County, North Carolina, containing 91-1/2 acres, more or less, which was owned by the husband and wife and was an estate by the entirety and is now owned in fee simple by Mrs. Martha Daniels. 2.- Between 10 and 15 acres of land across the road from the above farm in Olin Township, Iredell County, North Carolina on which is situate a brick dwelling house of Flake C. This was a case in which Mrs, Daniels did not publish the notice to creditors until she came to see mé on or about the lOth dav of January, 1961. She had been administrator for more than a year at that time... However, final settlement cannot be filed until she works out another matter. There is some personal property in the Estate and there are nine children. Mr. Daniels left no Will. Eight of the children have Signed an instrument transferring and assigning all their right in the personal property to Mrs, Daniels, but the ninth child refuses to sign it. The property consists of farm machinery and other items and if this other child does not sien it will be necessary to proceed with a sale, None of the heirs want that done. After conferring with Mrs. Daniels today, one of the sons is going to contact the other son who had refused to sign and see if he will accept some small payment from Mrs, aniels. We should know about this within the next two or three weeks, I regret that I could not co ahead and file the settlement, but I did not in anyway create this situation and I have advised heretofore that it must be looked after, but it had not been done. I assure you that I will cooperate in any way possible and will do everythin-> that can be done to bring it to a conclusion.
