Section 8: Either the President or the Chairman of the Board of Directors or any Vice-President shall have the right and authority to appoint in writing Resident Assistant Secretaries who shall have the power to attest bonds and policies issued by proper officers, agents, attorneys-in-fact and Resident Vice-Presidents of the corporation. All such Resident Assistant Secretaries shall serve until the time limited in the writing under which they are appointed unless the appointment shall be revoked in writing by the President or the Chairman of the Board of Directors or any Vice-President.
