Cooper deceased, respectfully showeth that her late husband died intestate in Iredell County during the month of June, 1913, and that the following named brothers and sisters are his heirs at law, and next of kin, to-wit: R. A. Cooper, Mary, Cook, Rowena C. Orr, Josephine C. DeVane, Ettie C. Setzer, Je B. Cooper, Frank Cooper, Albert Cooper, Marius Cooper, Bertha Cooper and Helen Cooper, and of whom the said Marius Cooper, Bertha Cooper and Helen Cooper are infants and the said R. A. Cooper is their general guardian. Your petitioner further showeth that her said husband during hia coverture with the petitioner was seized in fee simple and possessed of the following real estate, to-wit: First: 4 house and lot in the City of Statesville described as follows: Beginning at a stake, J. 4A. Brady corner on Race Street in the City of Statesville, runnine with his line 5, 69° ‘i, 220 feet to the MeLelland 014 line, then 5, 22° 4, 75 feet to 2 stake Mrs. Campbell's corner: thence with her line N, 69° «, 220 feet to her corner on said Race St; thence with it N, 22° i, 75 feet to the beginning, con- taining 2/5 of an acre more or less. The undersigned R, A, Cooper, Guardian as aforesaid, hereby reports to the Honorable Court that under the order and judgment heretofore made in this proceeding that he has sold the undivided interest of his said wards in the land described in the petition in this proceeding to A. L. Coble ana Caroline F, Coble for the sum of Thirty Eight Hundred ana Eighteen Dollars and Eighteen end 2/11 Cents, the same being the proportionate part belonging to said wards of Fourteen Thousand Dollars the price paid by the said Ae dae Coble and Caroline F. Coble for a three fourths undivided interest in said land, to-wit; the three fourths undivided interest of the ¥. W. Cooper estate in Said land, that the said purchase money has been paid in full to the said R. A. Cooper, Guardian as aforesaid, and that the said R. A, Cooper, acting under the order ana judgment of the said court above referred to, has made, executed, and deliv- 6red to the said A. L, Coble ana Caroline F, Coble deeds in fee Simple for the said undivided interest of his said wards in said land, one deed as commissioner and one deed as guardian of said wards, both deeds conveying the same undivided interest of the said wards in said land, to-wit; three-elevenths of a three fourths undivided interest in said land, for one and the same consideration, to-wit; the amount aforesaid paid to the said wards for their said interest in said land. Wherefore, the said R. A. Cooper, Guardian as aforesaid, prays the Court to &pprove and confirm his acts as above set forth.
