To lease any property, real, personal or mixed, belonging to the trust estates, for such terms and upon such conditions as they may deem advantageous, without application to any court; to grant options for the pur- chase and/or leasing of any such property; to make ordinary and extraordinary repairs, alterations and improvements and to any such property. &. To borrow money and to give as security for the repayment of same, both real and personal property. 9. If, at the time of my death, I shall be engaged in the operation of any incorporated business, in which I own the majority or substantial minority of the outstanding shares, I direct that my Executors and/or Trustees shall be vested with the following discretionary powers with respect thereto; to continue to hold my interest therein, and to do all things necessary for the continued operation of said business, or to dispose of my said interest therein in whole or in part. 10, To employ investment, legal or other counsel of their owm select- tion, as they may, in their sole discretion, deem necessary and to charge the expense of such employment to the trust estates, 11. The amounts so expended for the benefit of my wife shall reduce the corpus of this trust to be finally distributed. 15, Upon the death of my wife or when my son shall have attained the age of thirty-five years whichever event happens last, I direct that this trust shall terminate and that the property constituting this trust shall be delivered to my son, discharged of this trust, in fee simple and absolute= ly. 16. If my son, before receiving his “ull share, dies, leaving issue, his undistributed share shall be held by the Trustees or the survivor or successor upon the same terms and conditions as the original trust, for his issue per stirpes, except that the entire share of such issue shall be paid over to him or her at the age of twenty-one years.
