Connelly, died about six years ago, leaving her surviving as her only heirs ®t law the petitioners Ruth C. Connelly, Julia nelly, Mary Bell Connelly, William M. Connelly and Oliver weiay, @fs, } children all of whom are minors under 21 vears age, except Ruth C. Connelly who is of full age, and j oins in Petition, that said minors join in this proceeding by N. P. Watt as next friend, who was duly, appointed by the Court to represent then in said Proceedins. --Second-- That the petitioners Ruth ©. Connelly, Julia P. Connelly, Mary Bell connelly, William M. Connelly, and oliver M. Connelly, dre, as the heirs at law of Lettie M. Mary Bell Connelly is entitled to one-fifth part thereof, William ™. Connelly is entitled to one-fifth pert thereof. Oliver M. Connelly ZJr., is entitled to one -fifth part thereof, M. Connelly have no other estate or means of support or property real or personal, outside of the above described lands and are solely dependent upon their father, the Petitioner O. MN. Connelly with whom they live for support and maintenance, and Petitioners would further show that the interest of the minor Peti- tioners as well as the interest of Ruth C. Connelly and the life tenant 0. '%. Connelly, would he materixnlly promoted, »y the sale of the said lands ‘Lbed his petition and by a reinvestment of Proceeds the benfit of Petitioners. That ore T. M. Hill’ offers the sim of Twenty Four Hundred Dollars (8400.00) lends and stands ready to pay said amount into Court when the private sal o him for said lands shall he confirmed by the Court, and the Petitioners believe that said Price offered by T. M. Hill, is j ust, fair and reascnaile, and the sale of-said lands at said price would te advantageous to the Petitioners. e--Fifth-- The Petitioners world further s ow that the Petitioners O. MN. Connelly and his children, the other five Petitioners are go- ing to become at an early date residents of the State of Tennessee, thereby as they belicve promoting their interests , and therefore the above described land would not yield such rents as would justify holding the said real estate, as the buildings would steadily de- crease in value, unless they were repaired at a large expense. That the Petitioners can for the swum of Sexteen Hundred Dollars ($1600.00) purchase a valuable House and Lot situated in the Town of Cornersville, in the 17th District of Marshal County the State of Tennessee, Containing one acre, the Honse bein large building, two (2) story, containing 8 rooms, with barn other suita le out buildings on the lot, that the owners of said lot S. Le. Fain and wifeFlien C. Fain stand ready to execute a Deed under the direction of the Court to the Petitivone’s for said swum of Sixteen Hundred Dollars.
