Elizabeth, Jane Isabell and Jimmie Cline, minors, by their next friend, J. H. Gentry, hereby represent; That upon the death of their grandmother, Jane A, Cline, they will be entitled to their prorata share of the proceeds of the sale of the P, li, Cline homeplace in Iredell County, North Carolina, under the will of their grandfather, P, M. Cline, deceased; that the executors of P. M. Cline, the one-half (1/2) of my estate as hereinbefore provided for, then my said Executors shall deliver and convey all the remainder of my estate both real, personal and mixed that I die seized and possessed to my said Trustees hereinafter named of and whereever situated,/to be held in trust for the period of time and for the objects and purposes as hereinafter set forth: A. To receive, hold and collect the corpus or principal thereof, to sell or otherwise convert the same at such time or such manner as shall be deemed by my Trustees to be for the best interest of my estate and to invest and reinvest in interest bearing and income producing securities and proverties such as shall be considered safe securities for Trustees to invest in as provided for by law. B. To collect, receive and receipt for all the income, gains and profits from the said property held in Trust and to pay out of the income or principal of the Trust, if necessary, all taxes and expenses incurred bv my said Trustees in the administration and preservation of said estate including commissions of Trustees and attorneys fees, if any, and after the payment of all expenses to pay two-thirds (2/3) of the net income of mv trust estate to my son, Samuel Craig Cline, until he reaches the age of thirty-five (35) years. If, however, in the discretion of my said Trustees it becomes necessary to expend more than two-thirds (2/3) of the net income for the support and maintenance and education of my son, Samuel Craig Cline, I hereby authorize my said Trustees to pay from the principal of my said trust estate, whatever is necessary for the purpose of his support. The remaining one-third (1/3) of the net income of my trust estate as hereinbefore provided for shall be held by my said Trustees and used by my said Trustees for the assistance and help for my three sisters, Mrs. Emma Belle McLelland, Mrs. Frances C, McGinn and Mrs. Katie C, Jenkins, provided and in the event that they are in need of help. Cline, one-half (1/2) of all my property, real estate, personal property, and mixed property wherever situated or located. Any property held by us by the entirety as husband and wife or all personal property held by us as joint tenants with the right of survivorship shall be included in and shall go towards her one-half (1/2) of my estate.
