The report was not in proper legal form to be recorded and filed as a Final Account. It is not necessary that you list the real estate or household furnishings as an asset of the estate. Then too, the distribution to the heirs is not as it should be. If you will wail this statement to your Attorney, he can prepare this Final Report for you. This should be done so that no question will arise relative to the transfer of the real estate later on. It will not be necessary for you to appear here in person. The report can be signed and sworn to before a Notary Public. The fee for filing a Final Report will be $15.00. Yours very truly, C. G. Smith Clerk of Superior Court CGS:hml A 25 pg.
