Ze Re Clary Administrator of Mary Clary Deceased, Respectfully Showeth to the Court: is te That he was duly appointed Administrator of the estate of said Mary Clary intestate, by the clerk of the supogior eourt of Yadkin County, on the Second day of April 1925,and at onee entered into the ammimuistrkianx administration of said estate. 2 Wond. That from the best information and knowledge which he has been able to obtain, the debts outstanding against the said estate amount to about Three Hgndred dollarse Srd. That the value of the personal estate of said intestate was 2£2z Twelve Dollars and was paid out on said debts. 4th. That at the time of her death the said intestate was seized in fee simple of the follawing lands Lying and being in ¥adkxxx Iredell County Ne. C. Beginning at a stake on the South Side of Hunting creek Bax Beaty Old Corner runs South 4" West on old line 2 3/4 Chs. to a stone, Formely a hickory, Then North 80" West on Mullis old line 168 poles to a stone formely a Spanish oak, old corner in Campbells line, Then North 4" esat on Campbells line 20 8/4 Chse te the Creek Then Down the ereek as it meanders to the beginning Containing 60 Acres more or less.
