He shall also return to the clerk, on oath within three months after each sale made by him, a full and itemized account thereof, which shall be signed by him and recorded by the clerk. When appointed he gave his address as gereral delivery and annual notices have been sent out but returned, and I could not locate him until I called on his bondsman and they gave me his address. There must have deen assets of this estate other than the household furnit¥re, becaure his bord would not have been set at $600.00 just for house furnishings. My information is that there was some money in the bank to the credit of the deceased or life insurance payable to her estate. I wisn you would contact Stowers agein and see if you cant get more detailed information. It is necessary that a more complete report be made and filed. He should sive an aecount of what happened to the house furniture and of course any other assets. He should show on his report the amount of the fureral expenses and other claims, and that they have been paid.
