B. Reavis with a balance due of $2242.43 and a Series "E" Defense Bond in the amount of $25.00; that the funeral expenses amounted to $999.70 which, by agreement, C. B. Reavis agreed to apply as a payment on the aforesaid note. Your Executor reports the above as his annual report. Under the terms of the will, he and his sister ate created as Trustees to hold all of the property intact for the needs of Dollie H. Cain, son of the testatrix and, therefore, they do not wish to make a final settlement at this time. In all probability at the end of the second annual settlement, a final settlement can be made and the trust fund set up at that time to continue during the lifetime of Dollie H. Cain.
