Wilson, formerly Lucy E. Butler, Admrz. of J. A. Butler, deceased, respectfully showeth that she was appointed Admrx. of said intestate by the Clerk of the Superior Court of said County on the day of » 1905, and at once entered upon the administration of said estate. Your petitioner further showeth: First. That, from the best information and kmowledge which she has been able to obtain, the outstanding debts of said estate amount to about $1500.00. Second. That, the value of the personal estate of said intestate is about $257 4, there being nothing over and above the widow's years allowance. That petitioner named, wher she was appointed Admrx. was Lucy E. Butler, she has since married J. B. Wilson and her name isa now Lucy A. Wilson. Third. On the west by the lands of Milton Ellis; on the south by the lands of Mrs, Marvin Turner; on the east by the lands of A. B. Richardson; on the north by the lands of D. 6. Campbell. containing, in the whole, 55 acres, more or less, and known as the Ellis Mill tract, and on which is situated the "Ellis Mill", The interest owned by said intese tate being a one=half interest of the same. Also, petitioner, Admrx., ma may ask for sale of certain other lands by interlocatory petition herein if assets should be needed for payment of debte by said Admrx. Fourth. That, said lands above decsribed are of the value of about $1200.00, and that the said lands decended to the children of the late John A. Butler, Geceased, to-wit: Edmonia Butler, aged 16 years, residing in Iredell County, N. C6.; J. Ae Butler aged 14 years, residing in Shelbyville, Bedford County, Tenn.; Hortence Butler aged 12 years, reeiding in Iredell County, N. C.3 John Butler aged 9 years, reeiding in Iredell County, N. G.; Amelia Butler aged 8 years; Mabel Butler aged 7 years; Beatrice Butler aged 5 years; Lucius Butler aged 5 years, #ll residing in Iredell County, North Caroline. Fifth. Your petitioner, Admrx. as aforesaid, further showeth to the Court that said defendants in the above entitled proceeding are minors and without general or testimentory guardian, and your petitioner hereby asks the Court to appoint somes suitable person as guardian ad litem for said minors and to represent their interest in said proceeding. Sixth, Lucy E, Wilson, widow of J. A. Butler, deceased, makes herslef a party plaintiff for the purpose of asking, end hereby asks the Court to sell the lands herein described for the purpoee of the payment.of debts, including her dower interest in the same.
