That the petitioner Margeret S.Bristol desires to hold her interest in said lands or the proceeds of a gale hereof in Severalty; that a sale of Said lands would be more advantageous to all the parties interested than an actual partition thereof for the reason that it will be necessary to sell the greater part of said lands for assets to pay the debts azainst the es- tate of said R.V.Brawley, intestate, and the charges of administration, anda any parts thereof that may not be necessary to be sold for said purposes can be more equitably divided by @ sale thereof and a@ division of the pro- ceeds than by an actual partition. Brawley, of said County and State make this codicil to my last Will and Testament published by me and dated the 9th day of February, 193, which I ratify end declare except as the same shall be changed herebys That whereas, in my last Will and Testament above mentioned I devised certain personal property to my sons and daughters in items four and five of said will, and whereas, since making said will certain chahges have been made and my son, Fred Brawley, should not share in this personal property as mentioned in itens four and Lives Now therefore, I hereby revoke items four and five and add in lieu thereof the following which 1s to be instead of items four ana five of said wills All work stock, farm tools and farm equipment that I own at the time of my death are to be left at the home with my daughter, Mattie Brawley Neill and my son, 05. T. Brawley, to be used by them §n-eon- nection with the operation of said farm as long as my daughter Mattie Brawley “e1ll and my son, O. Te. Brawley, remain on the farm and make it their home, but should they leave the home place, then in that event, the stock, farm tools and equipment that is lert shall be sold and the proceeds of gaid sale divided equally anong my children, S.
