Notice to creditors was duly filed in the Mooresville Tribune for six consecutive weeks beginning August 4, 1960. 2. All debts and claims which were filed against the estate have been paid in full, except the claim of Mary S,. Hobbs, which was approved in the amount of Four Hundred Eighty-Kight and 54/100 ($488.54) Dollars, and which the claimant agreed to accept in full settlement. The Executor does not have any knowledge or information of any unpaid debts or claims of anykind, estate tax inventory to be filed with the United States Treasury Department, and there was no federal estate tax against the estate. 4e In accordance with the will, the house and lot in Mooresville was sold and the proceeds distributed to the devisees, UO a Y S o1 } } 0 7 T ‘A o [ p e s g 09 6 1 de As required by the will, all bedding, table linen, china and glass ware, and other household goods not specifically devised, were divided among the nieces on the Bradley side as well as the Shelton side. Before this was done, however, the Deputy Commissioner of Revenue appraised the property, and the inheritance tax was collected on all items having an inheritance tax value. All County and City taxes which were a charge against the estate have been paid in full, including the year 1961. WHEREFORE, having fully administered on the Estate of Iattie Shelton Bradley, the Executor prays that this report be accepted as his final settlement, and that the same be audited, approved and recorded, and that he be discharged of his duties as provided by law.
