AGREEMENT made this gre day of 9 eles s 1987, by and among the undersigned Lacy Bowman Jolly, Virginia Bowman Wilson, Lillian Bowman Petrea, and husband Odell Petrea, Louise Bowman Owens, Eddie Bowman, (both individually and as representative for the sons of Coite Bowman), Dorothy Misenheimer and husband John Misenheimer, Mary Bowman Waller, (single) Albert T. Bowman, and Jean Chapman; WITNBSSETH: Whereas Theodore E. Bowman, a resident of Iredell County, North Carolina, died testate in 1966, leaving a life estate in his real and personal property to Beulah Frye Bowman, his widow; and, Whereas the said Beulah Frye Bowman is now deceased; and, Whereas there exists an ambiguity in the will of Theodore E. Mary Bowman Waller shall be reimbursed $2,922.95 for bills and expenses of Beulah Frye Bowman which Mary Bowman Waller has previously paid. However, the estate shall be given credit 2cainst this sum in the amount of $1500.00, this sum being the proceeds of the sale of an automobile which had belonged to Beulah Frye Bowman. 2. Dorothy “J o1 0 p o o y | ‘u P W I M O g Bowman Misenheimer and Mary Bowman Waller shall each receive the sum of $200.00. The four children of Coite Bowman shall receive $200.00, to be divided equally among them. 99 6 1 3. The children of Theodore E. Bowman shall each pay one=ninth (1/9) of the funeral expenses of Beulah Frye Bowman. 4. The four children of Coite Bowman, deceased, shall divide equally his 1/9th share of the funeral expenses, so that each of them pays 1/36th of the funeral expenses. 5. All the rest, residue and remainder of the Theodore E. Bowman estate shall be divided into 9 shares and distributed as follows: To Lacy Bowman Jolly, one-ninth. To Virginia Bowman Wilson, one-ninth. To Lillian Bowman Petrea, one-ninth. To Louise Bowman Owens, one-ninth. To the four children of Coite Bowman, one-ninth. To Dorothy Misenheimer, one-ninth.
