ITEM I. Tiwill and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, give my body a burial in accordance with my station in life and that my Executors pay all of my just debts, including my funeral expemses and medical and hospital bills, if any, out of the first monies that come into their hands as Executors of my estate. ITEM II. I will, devise and bequeath all of my property, real estate, personal property and mixed property, wherever situated or located, to my brother, James Hill Bostian, for the term of his natural life only, with full power to sell and convey any part of or all of said property that may be nessery for him to use for his comfortable maintenance and Support, and he is to be the sole judge as to what is necessary for his comfortable maintenance and support. If, however, at his death, there is any of the property left or any property acquired in substitution therefor, then I will, devise and bequeath such property, both real and personal as follows: (a) I will, devise and bequeath to Charles Gay Stevenson the sum of $500.00. (b) I will, devise and bequeath to Lathan Moose, son of D. D. Moose, the sum of $500.00. The above two bequests of $500.00 to each of the parties is to be paid by my Executors before any other devises or bequests are paid.
