Bolt, except for a few items of furniture, consisted only of the family automobile which was a 1956 Ford Station Wagon, upon which an outstanding indebtedness of $1,512.00 was due at the time of the death of Charles A. Bolt; that the equity in this car was assigned to Margaret F. Bolt, as widow, as her year's allowance and she has made all of the payments due to date, using the car for family uses; that she is maintaining the home for herself and children; that she has paid all of the bills incurred by Charles A. Bolt prior to his death and all expenses created by his death and there are no assets or liabilities other than the items of furniture, involved in his estate at this time; that a settlement was approved growing out of the Workmen's Compensation, but it was not paid through the estate and, therefore, no report is necessary as to these funds, WHEREFORE, Having fully accounted to the Court for her acts, she respectfully prays that this be accepted as her final report and that she be discharged.
