One of these lists shall be delivered to the widow, one to the personal representative, and one returned by the Jus- tice, within twenty days after the assignment, to the Clerk of the Superior Court of the county, who shall file and record the same, and enter judgment against the personal representative, to be paid when the assets shall come into his hands, for any residue found in favor of the widow. In case there be no stock, crop or provisions on hand, the year’s support may be allotted by commissioners from the personal property of the deceased and also any debt known to be due him, and said allotment shall vest the said property in the widow and her right to collect said debt. Bolt, except for a few items of furniture, consisted only of the family automobile which was a 1956 Ford Station Wagon, upon which an outstanding indebtedness of $1,512.00 was due at the time of the death of Charles A. Bolt; that the equity in this car was assigned to Margaret F. Bolt, as widow, as her year's allowance and she has made all of the payments due to date, using the car for family uses; that she is maintaining the home for herself and children; that she has paid all of the bills incurred by Charles A. Bolt prior to his death and all expenses created by his death and there are no assets or liabilities other than the items of furniture, involved in his estate at this time; that a settlement was approved growing out of the Workmen's Compensation, but it was not paid through the estate and, therefore, no report is necessary as to these funds, WHEREFORE, Having fully accounted to the Court for her acts, she respectfully prays that this be accepted as her final report and that she be discharged.
