All debts which were filed with the Administrator, or of which he had any knowledge, have been paid. This Estate was not sufficient in size to require the filing of an Inheritance tax report, The personal property, consisting of tools, stock, etc., valued at $507.75, was allotted to the widow on her year's allowance. There was a deficiency of $142.25, but there was no money from personal property or other personal property, with which to pay this. WHEREFORE, having fully administered, Monroe Adams, Administrator of the Estate of Alf W. (W.A.) Bennett, prays that this report be accepted as his Final Settlement, and that the same be audited, approved and recorded, and that the Administrator and the sureties on his bond be discharged, as by law provided. IREDELL COUNTY. I, Henry C. Bennett, of Union Grove, Iredell County, North Cerolina, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declere this my last will and testament. 1. My executors, hereinefter named, shall, as soon after my death as possible, pay all my just deots and erect a suitable monument at my creve out of the first moneys coming into their hands from my estate. 2. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Pauline Campbell Bennett, all the personal property remaining at the time of my dsath, to be used and disposed of by her as she may see fit for the support of herself and our children. I elso devise to my said wife all the real estate of which I may die seized, for the term of her natural life or so long as she remains my widow, and at her death or remarriage said lands shall belong to my children as hereefter set forth. 5« Subject to the life estate of my seid wife, I give and devise to my son Henry Woodrow Bennett ten acres of land off the south side of that portion of my lends lying north of the public road running from Union Grove to Cempbell's mill, same to include my residence and all out buildings now constructed on said premises. I also give and devise to my son Miles Talmadse Bennett ten acres of land off the north side of that portion of my lands lying south = said road, said two trects of ten acres each to belong to my said two sons in fee simple forever, sub/ect only to the use of same by my said wife for her life time or so long as she remains my widow. 4.
