Belk, Jr. in connection with the above estate, we have had considerable difficulty in securing payment of the renewal premium for this from Mr. Belk. This was due February 10, 1963 and we have now been advised that Mr. Belk, Jr. is in personal financial difficulty and is considering filing bankruptey. We have further been advised that jir. Belk is no longer in this area. We do not “now what effect Mr. Belkts situation has had or will have on the sestete, howefer, in view of these developenents it appears that the possibility of collecting the balance due on this bond in the near future is quite remote. It further appears that it's payment will depend on the final disposition of the many problems in connection with this estate and Mr. Belk,dJr's situation. In view of these facts we want to register our claim for the unpaid balance of this premium in the amount of $70.34 with you and request that it be given due consideration in the future developements in this matter, we are using a copy of this letter to advise the Bonding Company of the present status of this situation.
