Lasetta Edwards, and others, The undersigned, Commissioners, beg leave to report that in obedience to the orders of this Court, made in the above enti- tled special proceeding, after due advertisement, as required in said order, we exposed the lands mentioned and descrihed in the pleadings to sale by public auction at the court-house door in States ville, on Saturday, the 26 day of January, 1907, the bidding commenc- ing at $925.00, the amount bid for said land by LL. C. Moore. Ve further report that at said sale no greater bid was re- ceived, and that L. C. Moore became the last anda highest biddef for Said land at said sale at the price of £925.00, and stands ready to comply with the terms of sale. ve further represent to the Court that said sum is a full and fair price for the said land, and unless an advance bid is plac- ed thereon within the next twenty days, that said sale be confirmed and your Commissioners authorized and directed to make title to said land to the said purchaser, upon his complying with the terms of Sale. L907, the by y commencing at *925.00, the amount bid for anc it further appearing to said report has been on file for twenty (20} days, and no exceptions have been filed thereto, ané@ no increase bid placed upon said land; and that the said sum so bid by said Moore is a full and fair price for said land: It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the Court, thst the said sale be, and it is hereby, in all respects confirmed, and the said Commissioners are authorized and directed, upon the payment to them of the said purchase money, to execute a deed in fee simple for said land to the said purchaser. It is further considered and adjudged that the costs of this proceeding, with the exception of the cost of laying offthe dower of the said Lasetta Edwards, which has heretofore by judgment of this Court been directed taxed against the said Lasetta Edwards o ® and her husband, U.
