J. A. Barkley. There are séveral questions which you raise in ‘our letter that you should have an attorney give you some legal advise on. If your brother, Joe Barkley, died testate, that is leaving a will, then the amount due him would go under the terms of his will. If he died intestate, without leaving a will, then the amount due him would be paid to the administrator of the estate for distrivution. The fees on your final account, due the offise, is determined by the amount of your receipts and disbursements for out-standing debts. The other fees due at this time are as follows: {$4.00 appointment, $3.00 for probate of will, and $5.10 for annual account filed in 1952. If you will give me the total amount of receipts and disbursements to be shown on your final accounting, I can give you the amount of the fees due.
