R. McLean's corner, running North 10 W. 177 poles to a stone in the Stewart line; thence E. 90 poles to a stone, a dividing corner; thence S. 17 E. 108 poles to 2 yne on the west side of a branch; thence down the branch S. 5 E. 16 poles to a stone on the East side of the branch on the C. Alex- ander he was indebted to various persons in the sum aggregating eleven to twelve hundred dollars and that at the May term of Iredell Superior Court, 1934, a judgment was entered against the plaintiff as Administrator of the said C. Me Alexander, for a thousand and eight dollars together with certain interest accumulated thereon, and that this plaintiff does not have any funds in his hands with which to pay said judgment or to pay any Other debts due and owing by the said C. Me Alexander, deceased, and that there is no personal property available with which to pay said indebtedness. Se That for some time prior to and at the time of the death of the said C. Me Alexander, he was the owner in fee simple and in possession of certain real estate located in Iredell County, North Carolina, and described as follows: "Beginning at a stone J. Se Alexander's corner on Kennerly's line; thence west 80-1/2 poles to a stone Goodman's corner on Brawley's line; thence north 64 poles to a stone; thence east 22 poles to a Maple or stone; thence north 93 poles to a stone Carrigan's corner; thence east 55-1/2 poles toa stone; thence south 155 poles to the beginning, and containing 65 acres more or less." for fur- ther reference see deed of J.
