Adams was arpointed Administratrix of the estate of her mother, Mrs. Sarah Prudence Adams and executed a bond in the amount of $400.00 with W. C. Wooten and H. H. Wooten, as sureties. That “iss Magzie L. Adams, the Administratrix herself, died March 29th, 1946, and uoon investization, the undersigned Executors of her estate find that she had not, prior to her death, filed a final report. The Executors have made an investigation and they find that no assets came into her hands for which she should account and that the only action taken was that more than two years after she was appointed the heirs at law of Sarah Prudence Adams joined in a deed, selling her farn, as tenants in common to Mr. M. D. Tilley and that the proceeds from the sale of said farm were collected and divided among the tenants in common, in accordance with their interest therein and no other funds came into her hands to be accounted for. That her estate and her bondsmen should be discharged from liability on account of said bond executed in 1927. WHEREFORE, the undersigned pray that the Court will accept this report as a final settlement and order the estate of the deceased Administratrix and her bondsmen released from said bond.
