Adams. Fourth. In case of my death, I want my beloved friend, L. F. Ervin, to take charge of the Tobacco Factory and close out all stocks of tobacco that may be on hands at the time of my death to the best ad- vantage converting them into cash and make settlement with my executrix hereafter naned.
