It further appearing to the Court that on the 22nd day of ,_ + Bept 1882, the paper-writi g, wherein said J.E.L:Roseman was made a Free Trader with the written assent of her husband,was duly probated and certified by the Clerk of the Court of Iredell County, to the Register of Deeds for registration;it further appearing to the Court, that on said date the Register of Deeds of Iredell County,as aforesaid,attempted to copy said Free Trader Papers on the Records of Iredell County in Book of Deeds No .8,at page 113; that said Register of Deeds failed to make a true and perfect copy of said Free Trader Papers on the Records of said County, by 7 from the copy made by him,the following words, to-wit:"Enters herself as a free trader." It is therefore ordered and adjudged that the Revister of Deeds of Iredell County,shall correct such error and make the present Record conformable to the original by inserting in the copy made from the original in Book of Deeds No.8 at page 113,between the words, "hereto" and " the following: "Enters herself as a Free Trader," so that the completed Record will read as follows: “North Carolina, Iredell County. ) J.E.L.Roseman,at the age of 35,or upwards,wife of C.P.Roseman of Iredell County and said State,with the consent of the said C.—.Roseman, testified by his signature,hereto enters herself as a Free Trader from the date of registration hereof. J.E.Roseman.*" The Court further orders that the Register of Deeds shall enter upon the margin of page;113,Bbok No.8,opposite the Free Trader Papers of J.E.L.Roseman,"See written judgment authorizing this correction in the matter of C.P.Roseman Vs U.I.Roseman and others.. y e ~ The Court further orders that this judgment be cross-entered and registered in the Register's Office of Iredell County.
