An off-street loading space shall have a minimum of twelve (12) feet by forty (40) feet. 64.1 SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM OFF-STREET LOADING SPACE REQUIREMENTS TYPES OF USES Industrial, manufacturing and wholesaling establishments. Retail stores, all types service business establishments, restaurants and other places food and beverages. MINIMUM REQUIRED OFF-STREET LOADING SPACE One space for the first 10,000 square feet of floor area,or major portion thereof, used for such purposes, and one additional space for each 30,000 square feet, or major portion thereof, in excess of 10,000 square feet. (Note: Nothing herein shall be interpreted so as to require off-street loading space for any establishment having less than 5,000 square feet of floor area used for industrial, manufacturing or wholesaling purposes.) One space for the first 4,000 feet of floor area, or major portion thereof, used for business purposes, and one additional space for each 30,000 square feet, or major portion thereof, in excess of 4,000 square feet. Two or more adjoining establishments with a combined floor area of not more than 4,000 square feet may be considered as one establishment for the purpose of complying with this provision. (Note: Nothing here- in shall be interpreted so to require off- street loading space for an y establishment having less than 2,000 squre feet of floor area used for business purposes.)
