North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners for the County of
Iredell hereby approves the issuance by the Authority of
its Industrial Revenue Bond (Thorneburg Hosiery Company,
Inc. Project) in the principal amount of $2,300,000.
Section 3. Except as modified hereby, the resolution
adopted on this matter on December 21, 1982 is hereby rati-
fied and confirmed.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its passage.
Commissioner Pulls moved the passage of the
foregoing resolution and Commissioner Campbell seconded
the motion, and the resolution was passed by the following
vote,
Ayes: Commissioners Troutman, mills, Campbell,

Noes: None
I, Alice Fortner, Clerk to the Board of Commis-
sioners for the County of Iredell, North Carolina, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of so
much of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners for
said County at a special meeting held on December 30, 1982,
as relates in any way to the approval hereinabove set forth,
and that said proceedings are recorded in Minute Book No.
of the minutes of said Board, beginning at pagea 4406
and ending at page 4408
