North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners for the County of
Iredell hereby approves the issuance by the Authority of
its Industrial Revenue Bond (Thorneburg Hosiery Company,
Inc. Project) in the principal amount of $2,300,000.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its passage.

Commissioner Mills moved the passage of the
foregoing resolution and Commissioner Campbeldeconded
the motion, and the resolution was passed by the following
vote:
Ayes: Commissioners Troutman, Murdock,
Mills, Ostwalt, and Campbell
Noes: None

I, Alice Fortner, Clerk to the Board of Commis-
sioners for the County of Iredell, North Carolina, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of so
much of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners for
