The County Attorney read the Resolution Calling
A Special Bond Referendum, as follows:
(Mr. Chairman, the adoption on the second reading
of the bond order will automatically instruct the clerk
to the board of commissioners to publish that order together
with the appended statement to the bond order in the
Statesville Record & Landmark, as is required by the Local
Government Bond Act,)
Now the next resolution, if the commissioners choose
to call for the referendum, I will have to read and then
will require action by the board.
This would be a Resolution Calling For A Special
Bond Referendum.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
for the County of Iredell:
Secion 1. A special bond referendum is hereby
called to be held between 6:30 A.M. and 7:30 P.M. on
Tuesday, November 2, 1982, at which there will be submitted
to the qualified voters of Iredell County the question
stated in the Notice of Special Bond Referendum set forth
in Section 3 of this resolution.
