MOTION from Commissioner Ostwalt: Mr. Chairman, I
move that a vote be allowed on the issue of authorizing
$22,750,000 hospital facilities bond and that it appear on
the November 2nd ballot . . .

Mr. Ostwalt, excuse me, don't go into that. We
are going to have that by a second business. All we need
at this point is a motion to approve the second reading
of the bond order.
