Tell them to live within their income just like the rest of us have
to do. Put this bond issue off tonight. I hope you are going to
think about it a good long time. And talk to the people you have
lists of who have signed this paper objecting to the bonds. Talk to
your people who are your constituents and see how they feel.
Don't they deserve at least this much of your attention? If they
wait, if Iredell Memorial Hospital waits just three years, we can
have the $14 million and not have to borrow any money.
