REVALUATION: David Crismond, with W. P. Ferris and Company,
presented the board with the revaluation progress report for the
month of June. He showed a chart and stated that they were
ahead of the schedule. Chrismond said, "the cnange in the computer
is not causing any problems and we are ahead of schedule."
Regarding the publicity, Chrismond and Mrs. Troutman said
they had made six appearances with different civic organizations.
The Board members asked if the County's staff appraisers
had worked with the revaluation firm, to which Mrs. Troutman
replied they had been out to several industrial plants with the
appraisal firm.
Chrismond said they were 318 completed with the revaluation
at this time.
