The County Attorney was asked to draw an agreement whereby
the County would lend $2,000 to the organization with the under-
standing that this was a loan and would be repaid when the
organization becomes self-supporting.
ADJOURN: The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 8:50 P.M.
Next meeting: July 20, 1982, Brawley Elementary School.
