Section 3. The following amounts are hereby appropriated
in Debt Service Fund for the payment of principal and
interest on the outstanding debt of Iredell County and the
expenses relating thereto for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 1982 and ending June 30, 1983:

Section 4. It is estimated that the following revenues
will be available for the Debt Service Fund for fiscal year
