NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GHSP Local
Government Child Restraint Loaner Program set out hereinabove
be and it is formally approved by the Chairman of the Board
of Commissioners and that the County Manager of
this County be and is hereby empowered to sign and execute the
required agreement between the County and the GHSP to acquire
the benefits of the Local Government Child Restraint Loaner
Program hereinabove set out for the County.
This resolution was passed and adopted the 6th
day of July, 1982.
