REQUEST FOR REFUND FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS STAMPS PAID FOR BY
RYAN re for the time
Ryan Homers, Inc. was in bankruptcy. The RegS, INC. Mrs. Bell said these i @ Register of Deeds Office
is requesting that the refund be only for the half that the County
receives and the 2% administrative fees that is charged. The
bankruptcy court told the Register of Deeds that they would have to
refund the money that Ryan Homes paid in error.
MOTION from Commissioner Madison to approve the refund for
revenue stamps for Ryan Homes in the amount of $3,708.72 as
recommended by Mrs. Bell.
VOTING: Ayes - 4; Nays - 0.
CONVERSION EQUIPMENT FOR IMAGING SYSTEM: A question was
raised about the image conversion at $134,550. Commissioner
