RELEASE OF LETTER OF CREDIT - WHIPPOORWILL WOODS SUBDIVISION:
Mr. Lundy asked the board to release the captioned letter of credit
in the amount of $7,000, which was to insure the completion of the
streets and erosion control in the subdivision. The work has now
been completed according to the surveyor's certification, copy of
which was attached to the memorandum.
MOTION from Commissioner Madison to release the letter of
credit for Whippoorwill Woods Subdivision as requested.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
RELEASES AND REFUNDS FOR THE MONTE OF DECEMBER 19931 MOTION
from Commissioner Stewart to approve the list of releases and
refunds as presented by Mr. Brent Weisner, Tax Assessor, who said
they were all in order.
