while the county schools will be asking, for funds to build new schools.
Mr. Mills also said there would be far-reaching industrial complications. While
the decision itself will not be a nroblem, he said he thought the systems would be in
a turmoil over the next few years, which would not he conducive to attracing new
industrv, and this will affect the decisions made by the county commissioners in
years to come in taxing and budgeting.
Regardless of whether the board members support or onpose this issue, Mr. Mills
said, the board needs to be aware that they are affected as commissioners.
Mr. Mills said narents were not given time to prepare nor were the county
commissioners asked to give input into this decision.
Remarks were also made by the chairman and by Commissioner Ostwalt regarding
the mutual exchange agreement.
