APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 6, 1986: MOTION from Commissioner Crosswhite to approve the minutes
from the May 6, 1986 meeting.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
APPROVAL OF PROGRAMS FOR THE COMMUNITY-BASED ALTERNATIVES FUNDS: Mr. Paul Risk, chairman of
the CBA Task Force, and Mr. Jerry Ball, vice chairman of the CBA Task Force, came before the board
to present the programs for 1986-87 fiscal year. Questions were asked by board members regarding
the projects to be funded, and were answered by Mr. Risk.
The following funding proposals are recommended by the task force:

MOTION from Commissioner Murdock to allocate the Community -Based Alternatives Funds as recommended by
the task force.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
