a bridge (large culverts) would need to be built. Also, an environmental study will need to be
conducted. He said the staff would immediately begin to work on this to make sure all of the
necessary permits were obtained before new landfill storage space was needed. (This expansion
project will be included in next year's budget.)
Old Transfer Station in Mooresville: Commissioner Bowles asked the plans for this site.
Mashburn said the board would be asked for some direction as to the best usage in the near future.
