MOTION by Commissioner Stewart, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to approve
the following resolution and to approve Budget Amendment #21 A for the recognition of a $13,960
North Carolina Department of Transportation grant (pass through to Ircdcll Transportation
Authority).
