As declared by the Enabling Act, this bond is an investment
security within the meaning of and for all the purposes of
Article a of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of North
Carolina.
This bond is issued with the intent that the laws of the
State of North Carolina shall govern its construction.
All acts, conditions and things required by the constitution
and laws of the State of North Carolina, the order and the Series
Resolution to happen, exist and be performed precedent to and in
the issuance of this bond have happened, exist and have been
performed as so required.
This bond shall not be valid or become obligatory for any
purpose or be entitled to any benefit or security under the Order
until this bond shall have been authenticated by the execution by
the Bond Registrar of the certificate of authentication endorsed
hereon.
