FOR A PUBLIC HEARING: County Manager Mashburn said additional time was needed to
review the growth management ordinance, and he suggested that the board postpone any further
action.
The board agreed to hold a special work session at 4 P.M. on April 3 about the ordinance.
(A revised copy will be included in the agenda packets for that meeting date.) If a satisfactory
document is presented at that time, the board may schedule a public hearing for April 17.
REQUEST TO POSTPONE ACTION ON THE REZONING OF PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE MCLAIN FAMILY LOCATED ON SNOW CREEK ROAD: Acting
Planning Director Steve Warren said the planning board on March 7 heard a request from Phil,
Harry, Louise, Mike, and Janet McLain regarding a property rezoning, and the matter was
scheduled before the commissioners on April 3. He said a letter from the family had been
received requesting a postponement until July 3.

as desired by the McLain family.

Crossroads officials had advised this money wasn't enough to fix the building.
